What is digitalRG?
digitalRG is a certification platform that runs the full lifecycle of an industry standard. A standards body issues a framework, the companies it certifies earn and maintain it, and independent auditors verify and sign it off, all in one place with one verifiable record. It began in the lottery and gaming sector and is expanding to others.
Who is digitalRG for?
Three groups. Standards bodies and trade associations that own a standard (we call this Set the standard). Companies getting certified against a standard (Meet the standard). And independent auditors who review evidence and sign off (Verify the standard).
What does "responsible growth" mean?
It is digitalRG's guiding idea: helping industries grow in a way that is responsible and accountable, by setting clear standards, proving companies meet them, and verifying it independently. The name digitalRG stands for digital Responsible Growth.
What standards and frameworks can you get certified against?
Over 100 are built in, including the WLA Responsible Gaming framework, the EL Responsible Gaming standard, NCPG's iCAP, G4 accreditation, CIBELAE Responsible Gaming and PLA/FT, ISO 26000 and AML compliance, and digitalRG is the exclusive submission partner for WLA, G4 and NCPG. You are not limited to these: any framework can be uploaded to the platform, so there is effectively no limit to what you can run and certify against.
What is the difference between a framework and a certificate?
A framework is the set of requirements you are assessed against. A certificate is the credential you earn, often at a level, for example a WLA Responsible Gaming Level 4 certificate. One framework can lead to a levelled certificate.
How does getting certified work?
You map the framework's requirements, evidence what you already have in place, close any gaps with a shared action plan, then submit for independent audit. Passing earns a certificate, and digitalRG tracks when you need to recertify.
What is an auditor's role on digitalRG?
Independent auditors review a company's evidence against the framework, leave comments or request clarification, and sign off, so certification is backed by an independent assessment rather than self-declared.
What does digitalRG cost?
There is a free entry tier plus paid plans (Starter, Pro and Enterprise) for companies, a Group plan for trade bodies rolling it out across their members, and auditor plans (running audits is free, and a Pro tier adds a directory listing). See the pricing page for current details.
